hey,try increasing ur virtual memory,this should help..
How to increase virtual memory:
1)open my computer
2)open system properties
3)on the left there is something called(Advanced system settings)
4)window will pop up,open the advanced tab
5)on performance click settings
6)window will pop up,open advanced tab
7)virtual memory click change
8)choose ur drive(the drive u have arma 3 in)
9)custom size,change it(depends on ur drive space free EG:if u have 80 gb free,make the initial 19531 and the maximum size 27415 (u can change the virtual memory to anything)But remember the more it increases the more the game will perform better...
10)restart the game and try the game...hope it helps..

How to find correct crashdump file:
Try to make the crash happen
Look into crashdump folder
Upload crashdump with latest date in name (crashdump is rpt + bidmp + mdmp file with same name). Please try to provide as many crashdumps as possible, it helps us investigating the problem in a big way.

actually,game crashes everytime

problem fixed!!.i think the problem was on my windows version windows 8.1 32 bit,updated to 64 bit and the problem was erased.finally i can play the game and good optimization in the new update.there is some crashes i uploaded though, Good Job BI,Thank u @Iceman trying to fix my problem

@Ice Man , it seemed that i didnt restarted my pc after i deleted bcmwltry.exe
played a lan mission,no crashes and the texture bug didnt show up for 35 min of playing,but after i returned to base to rearm when i opened the inventory the texture bug showed up with massive lag.so i think bcmwltry.exe wasnt the problem.

it is not my hardware spec,i know i know i have a shitty pc it is a laptop even,but i was running the game very smooth before the 1.30 update (while playing on 1.30 update i was getting very bad FPS)in the new update well u did a good job on optimizing atleast i am now able to play the game with a decent FPS terrain +textures+objects on standard but the "bug"makes the game unplayable

Arma,is the best series for me.but i cant handle the bugs and the lag and crashes any more,i wish i was in czek,then i would teach u how to code a game
