If you want shoot to walls use the biggest bullets or sniper. In youtube you have a movie with muzzle vectory where is all explained.

Now I know where is problem... Asus gamerOSD and can't uninstall it by smartdoctor...

Really nice support... They just forgot...I (probally) fixed it by "clean" reinstalling graphic driver with geforce experience (awesome program with support a lot of games with calibrating settings to nice and performance, beta graphic updates etc). Need more info... Gived and they don't replied for 3 days. Awesome guys. Better try to fix by "uncle" google :) or yourshelf if you know what did you do last time.

If you can try:
Use geforce experience to update graphic drivers to beta in clean mode (before install check in window in down and after don't uncheck anything like physx)
If not helped verifity files though steam.

Try:
Reinstall drives to beta (suggesting use geforce experience) in "clean" mode and don't uncheck physx etc.
Verifity files.
Game works now for me :)

Also gamerOSD causes crashes (if you have it. Its also with smartdoctor)

Can you try to reinstall graphic drivers to beta in "clean" checked (don't uncheck programs after like physx...)? In geforce experience :). Saved me many times from arma 3 crashes :)
Also check files on steam, look on google if that don't fixed it.

I had it and fixed.

Fixed - ArmA 3 don't work with gamerOSD. Close all addons [fps and others] from gamerOSD in another game.

I had many times physx crashes... Try to update graphic drivers to beta with clean reinstall (suggesting to use geforce experience). Also sometimes arma work, sometimes crashes back...

You don't had an locking on sounds? When is locked on the sound is different [from "pip pip pip" to "piiii..." or someting like that].

If you google "Fault Module Name: PhysX3_x86.dll"
you will see there isn't only arma 3, but planetside 2 had the same problem with that file... Its probally bug in program that causes crashes.

UPDATE:
New update for GeForce driver [19.09.2013 - today :P]

• • Installs new PhysX System Software 9.13.0725.

Possible fix? Update and see [I suggest use just "nvidia Geforce Experience" for that.]
