The account has been unbanned now, but please keep in mind that your account was banned based on numerous reports and suspicious gameplay activity. This lead to temporary ban of the account which is now lifted, but should we detect other reports or hints of any means of getting unfair advantage in the game, ban will be imposed again and will be permament.

its a low chance, my friend with 500 elim matches opened up nearly 700 gold crates now from Elim/Shootouts and only got knife plans and 2 consumable plans. ive got 250 elims played and 135 shootouts and have opened a few hundred golds and only got knife plans from it sofar

I managed to fix it, Verifying game files ,managed to fix it. Not sure how it fixed it though.

Also you could add like a notification, when a game is found and you are not ingame.

Vote kick is a system only in Elimination mode and you can Vote kick only player from your team.
For hackers/cheater please use the report system in game.
Options > Last Played With > Select said player and report them for cheating
