I noticed, that in lobby you can report players for cheating (options [ESC] -> last players [w/Q]). But I can't report people ingame. So maybe many hackers just dont get reported, because people don't know the function. Maybe you could add an option ingame, to report. (I just tried it in "Feuergefecht" in german)
