Dear Vigor Support, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report a situation that resulted in my account being blocked in the game. I would like to provide detailed information about what happened and request a reassessment of my case.
I have been a Vigor player for a few weeks now and, because I really like the game and it is light on my PC, I have been playing it frequently, for about 8 hours a day or even more. During my games, I noticed that the initial dynamics usually require players to move to the areas with the most loot, which often results in intense confrontations. As a result, I ended up adjusting my strategy to look for a quicker exit after getting good resources, in order to avoid further conflicts. This tactic, although effective, ended up generating some conflict situations with other players, who verbally insulted us in the game and on Discord.

Over time, I started to arrange with my friends to adopt the same strategy, which ended up resulting in some complaints against our account. I recognize that in some situations, interaction in the game has led to misunderstandings, but I never intended to break the rules or create a hostile environment. I believe that the reason for my account being blocked was due to the high number of reports made by other players.

I understand the importance of maintaining the integrity of the game, but I believe that the account blocking was not a fair action, especially considering that I did not use cheats or any other illicit means to gain an advantage in the game.

Unfortunately, due to the blocking, I cannot access my account ID directly, so I took the initiative to search for information related to my account from external sources and was able to find some data that may help in locating my profile. The account has been unbanned now, but please keep in mind that your account was banned based on numerous reports and suspicious gameplay activity. This lead to temporary ban of the account which is now lifted, but should we detect other reports or hints of any means of getting unfair advantage in the game, ban will be imposed again and will be permament.
