I built the eclectic generator over the week and it finished, yet It only lets me build 1 improvement at a time and when I try to build more tells me to upgrade the generator. Even though I only got 1 build going at the moment.

I managed to fix it, Verifying game files ,managed to fix it. Not sure how it fixed it though.
