No way. I don't want some game telling me that I have to wait 10 mins to log out. What if I suddenly realize I need to quit playing right now for whatever reason..... Nope. no good

There is no way for the game to know what I am thinking when I kill someone. How does the game know if I killed in self defense or just for fun? I would be very upset if I were given a bad status effect because I had to kill a bandit. Bandits and Heros make this game fun. Deal with it.

I only have a problem with this when trying to scoll while picking items up off the ground. if i'm moving stuff around from one bag to another it works fine. I.E. I try to scroll down while picking up a can of beans I won't be able to scroll. Moving a clip from my pants to my backpack the scroll works fine.
