i still cant see my friends server. neither he can see mine. i cant join him via steam overlay either (has it ever worked?). we used to play online coop no problem but now its not working. please this should be a priority

maybe. i didnt know how nv googles work. i thought they only brighten what you see. so it seemed illogical to me that they would turn off reflections. i guess this issue can be deleted then

ad2001: just the mirrors. the screen on the dashboard works fine
dr death: is it? i didnt know that. so does it completely turn off the reflection or you can still see little something? ive never wore nv googles in real life

except breathing. when you look around with alt-key while breathing loud the sound stays in the direction youre standing and doesnt move with your head

i noticed this as well. there are only animations for turning when in one of the three basic positions - prone, crouch and standing. the other middle-positions seem untouched by animations while turning. max payne 1 style

the new version of rain looks great when you look at a light source. for example lamp or bonfire or any other immobile source of light. but its not affected by flashlight. if it was it would really add a lot to the overall immersion

just ran into this bug. riding for longer time makes your character exhausted. i didnt know quadbike riding is such demanding for your lungs.

this would be really useful. right now im on my free roam midnight mission on my quadbike and i can see no more than few meters further and thus i have to drive very slow and mostly on roads (if i dont want to hit anything) which is not a good idea as there are soldiers patrolling the roads and im alone and want to keep a low profile. i know i cant keep a low profile with my high beam lights on but as i dont have my nightvision yet this would be the best way. also flashlight attached to weapon dont light very far (compared to dayz standalone for example) but i dont have any experience with it from my real life so i dont know. anyway the ability to switch between high/low beam would be a greatly appreciated feature.

yeah ragdolls in this game arent pretty. i still hope bohemia is planning to tweak it. until then i recommend using improved ragdoll physics by ddefinder. i think they look much more realistic. the only problem is that when you shoot someone while hes crouching he jumps up. but i hope its going to be fixed in the future version. still i would prefer official ragdolls done by bohemia rather than a mod. it seems they dont really care much about ragdolls. or at least i havent seen much improvement with the updates
