Known issue on server restart. Restock on init is different from restock during server lifetime - made more of an issue with the server crashes on current exp.

As expected, client frame rate is indeed fine - however, we are testing some changes to the server simulation rate. This is the cause of the mentioned feeling.

DayZ won't be featuring any form of "safe storage" - Anything you can put down, be it walls or traps, etc - can be taken out by determined players.

Investigating for QA
An audit on loot categories, and loot tags has been undergoing the last few days. The audit is complete, and some changes in the operation of nominal, min, and max values was committed by the programming team.
We'll need to go through the entire economy and recalculate operating values as they are now on an absolute number value.
We're currently tracking several issues with loot tag and category that may affect this. Investigation and testing is ongoing, and then we'll need to regression test to see if this was the cause.

As this has been stated several times - DayZ will support a method of disabling server and BE messages. However this is pending the move of the removal of legacy UI and implementation of the new UI technology.
Will take a good time (before launch of course) to be resolved - but actively being investigated.
