The only help I can give you is the same thing I had to do to get unbanned from ARMA:II OA by Battleye which would be goto the Battleye website and follow their instructions on getting you false ban repealed. It took 3 days for them to "unban" me from ARMA:II OA

I have had the same problem an found out from a friend that has a bit more game experience than me, he told me that the zombies my still be chasing you and catching up when you stop or they may be the new spawned zombies that can have a randomly either better or worse hearing and seeing distance than its previous character (zombie). I have found that its safe to log, check bearing, check gear, or take a break I need to look around for zombies and players then wait 30 seconds before i move away from the controls. From what else i gathered is that the zeds all have a limit of 100m max. in visual and hearing distance.

I also learned that if a zombie is chasing you and you can run down hill let it chase you down hill and lunge attack, it will kill its self from the fall.

ok when you have a heart attack from an arrhythmia or some sort of fibrillation then you get 10mgs of epinephrine and 200 joules to start the heart if that doesn't work after 3 time then it raised to 300 tried 3 more times if failed then raised to 360 and you stop after this. If the patient is shot (not including the head this is not fixable) this requires 2 people one to administer CPR (to keep blood flowing) and the other to stop bleeding remove the projectile if necessary then suture any arteries to prevent future bleed and suture the wound closed then you can attempt defibrillation after the heart is at a regular pace observe major rhythm changes and administer morphine every hour to ease the pain and then let them heal. THIS is what is done in real life just coming close in here will be a pain without bandits being kept at bay and people not manning the hospitals or a medical camp. this would be really cool when the game is finished and PVP's get kicked from servers that want to allow for total realism and other cool integrations like this.

So far the Spawning seems to be roll of the dice I found sticks one time and that was when I first played. I find food and drink quite often, clothing is in smaller quantities in some places. The best thing we could hope for stick wise is that they are able to be created out of gatherable wood or if branches are able to be cut (mined/foraged) from trees and then made into sticks.

This maybe a good idea which is coming from experience when a certain event that triggered the conflict or event happens a quick flashback should happen causing the player to get either annoyed (if they are kids just playing a videogame) or change their view on the killing aspect for being asinine. example of trigger the cocking of a rifle has been noted before as a trigger and caused psychological hallucinations (flashbacks). Another thing could be added PTSD like if you survive a bandit torture or capture or knock out; maybe your character can have a trigger that is similar to people like me (when I see that someone has Zip tie restraints and look like they are going to use them I will what is referred to as red out which make me violent and dangerous for about an hour or until I have been neutralized with a sedative or restrained by several people long enough to calm me down) this type of snap or reaction would serve useful if bandits had left you for dead or head you captive for a while and let you go; so that the next time you can take more damage from a bandit and react faster and with greater strength than them

@ARCHANGEL sorry about that but i agree with the suggestion.
The other thing is that if there are hackers (script modders) that are making large stacks of ammo then that does need to be fixed before the server hosts make a change like less ammo because there will still be server hoppers like you said but, someone will still find some area in the game to manipulate to get what they want so the hackers may be weeded out by beta if there is some way to detect the exact incident and the Battleye people can't catch every hacker at once.
