Banned by Battleye with one of my friends after just hours of play
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

I was playing with some of my military friends recently after i purchased the game, we played for 8 hours or so and all logged off. We got back on the next day and all of my friends were able to play on the server except for me and one friend. The error i recived was a global ban message from battleye. Someone read the error and said that i had been banned for being banned on another game like arma 2, arma 3 or another game by bohemia which makes no sense considering i only own dayz. I contacted steam battleye and came up with nothing, battleye just sent me a FAQ's based email that said we will have someone contact you within 2 days and it has been 4 days and i havn't recieved anything. Otherwise i would not be contacting you guys. If there is any way out of this please help me, could i repurchase the game, or what could i do to get playing again.

Thank You, Sincerely Kombostar

The only help I can give you is the same thing I had to do to get unbanned from ARMA:II OA by Battleye which would be goto the Battleye website and follow their instructions on getting you false ban repealed. It took 3 days for them to "unban" me from ARMA:II OA

^ I looked at what this person said to do and the only way to get unbanned is to let them investigate to see if you were actually trying to hack the game.

Hi,

Unfortunately, nobody on the Feedback Tracker can help resolve this issue as it is all down to BattlEye.

You will need to try and contact them again:
