@Dawgstyl: Sorry - Now I can see what you mean. This posts seem to be remainings of my attempts to upload my crashdumps. I'll marl them as duplicates so they can be deleted.
This happened to me two times now.
First time was on the ship wreck after throwing a potato.
Second time after taking a can opener into my empty hands in an metal-barn southwest of Zelenogorsk.
Both times some kind of action involving hands and inventory was done.
Last time rubberbanding occured to me was during the respawning loot tests in experimental branch.
Besides this the game seems to be pretty responsive now. So I guess this "issue" can be closed.
@R834: Since I have no sources, all I can do is guessing ;)
I came along something simmilar at work a while ago.
If my suggestions are valuable for the development -> me happy.
Nothing to worry about. I'm not a native english speaker so it's likeley things I write are easy to misunderstand :)
Just a thought:
Instead of waiting for the timeout of the first ACK to arrive you could resend the message after half the timeout time. If an ACK arrives within the timeout you don't have to wait for the other and continue.
I would call that a redundant sliding window mechanism.
Fraps runs all the time when I play DayZ, and I've never been kicked by BattleEye. (FPS overlay is active)
Forgot to mention one thing: I was carrying an fireaxe when I was trying to greet.
Some items even don't show up in 3rd person view. There are 1st person servers out there too. And if you are standing right next to an item with nothing else in the line of sight, it should be possible to interact with it. Everything else is just a workaround. (So you cannot load your weapon? Just drop it into a pond 20 times - that should work ;) )

Same here (0.37).
Destroyed a Gasstation with an fireaxe (and died). After respawn, neighter fists nor weapons where able to attack.
Experienced the same.
As long as I can see this also happens in the current 0.36 experimental branch.
I was not able to reproduce this since the patch. So I guess this is fixed since berries now appear in your inventory (if found).
This is possibly a duplicate of 0007529.
@Mentalenemy: Only partly. Won't tell how, but I'm still able to reproduce it.
This is a issue with the potential to destroy the game experience for every "real" player on the same server with an cheater using it. Make this report private, before even more cheaters and trolls read it.
The devs are aware of this problem due to earlier reports, so do not re-report them please.
