Unfortunately from this video we cannot see where the claymore was placed and where the enemy player was when it was triggered. And because we cannot see that, we have no idea if the 40mm grenade should be triggered by the explosion as well.
Closing due to not enough information.

Not a bug. Driving vehicle into the "debug zone" of the map will destroy the vehicle. This is to prevent abuse.

While unfortunate, disconnection during unconsciousness will always result in characters death and therefore you spawning as a freshspawn.
There is nothing we can do on our end.

Have you tried standing bit farther away from the shelter when building it? As when player character stands too close the shelter will not be built.

Can you please provide us with the following information?

I couldn’t release a compass out of my hand . I had to fight an infected with a compass in my hand and then slowly bleed out. Thought maybe I’d drop the compass after passing out but nope I held firm . I had a blood bag over start kit bandages and alcohol but watched the guy have the tightest death grip on this compass …meanwhile the server is shutting down for maintenance SG0006 . Around 9 pm . Come on now that was lame.
