When you go unconscious in game and use the option to respawn, a lot of the time the respawn fails and you get a red screen that the only way to get out of is restarting the game app

Steps To Reproduce
go unconscious from infected or leg break , respawn whilst uncon, red screen crash. note: this is more likely to happen if you do the respawn fast. Happens in all servers, video attached
