I should note that eyes are not cameras, and we do not experience motion blur to the degree presented... blur while moving your point of aim is a very gimmicky item that is far to prevalent these days.

Motion blur has got to go (or be a separate option).
Ambient Occlusion, if it's present, definitely needs to be a separate option - as the performance impact is huge for a relatively small visual effect.

Agreed. Can't stand not having it (because of motion blur. see #0002166) but can't stand having it either, because of this change in behavior.

Windows 7 64-bit.
Runing all "standard" settings except for texture and object detail, which are at High, and FXAA Very High. I do NOT have this problem.
Yea yea... but negative results is helpful data as well.
