This just happened to my buddy as well. Major bug. Devs, please fix this ASAP or add more vehicles. DayZ without transportation across this map is making my buddies want to stop playing. ADA parts should be more frequent as well. It took us 5 hours to get one working yesterday after looting 6 towns/cities. Screenshot as well:

It doesn't occur in .60. The current experimental version was just patched so maybe it's fixed. I'll test it out today. I think the version I was playing was v0.61.136253 (23 Nov 2016).

The current version. No startup parameters (I removed them all when .60 launched). This is the first time I've experienced this issue. Before this current patch, I played a bunch of .61 on experimental and it never happened.

They did not tell me what it was for and said that they don't have to. Me being in the walls is the only other thing I could think of other than running the game on a RAM disk for better performance.
