I got in an ADA 4X4, my screen went black as if I was knocked unconscious, the ADA 4X4 began smoking (It was not smoking before entry) and I quickly died.

This just happened to my buddy as well. Major bug. Devs, please fix this ASAP or add more vehicles. DayZ without transportation across this map is making my buddies want to stop playing. ADA parts should be more frequent as well. It took us 5 hours to get one working yesterday after looting 6 towns/cities. Screenshot as well:
