I'll confirm this too.
Twice in the past two days this has happened to me.
I did notice that my inventory had rearranged itself so there wasn't any space for the shotgun. Perhaps this is related?

Since the original report, I left the game for a day. Since then I've not been able to reproduce the issue.

Mine has just crashed 3 times in the past 10 minutes...this is reported to the Application event log -

I've seen this too and seen people exploiting this - there was 2 or 3 people hiding under here killing players walking across beween buildings
People can crawl underneath the hanger. From this location, you can't be seen or shot, but you have a clear view of the entire inside of the hanger and from the back you can overlook all the area towards the shed the ATC tower and the admin building making it easy to kill anyone.

I just found the same thing with ammo Applies to all types...split until all but 1 round is pristine.

I just had the same problem happen to me.
I was most definitely not killed as I was in the back of a room at the top of some flats surrounded by 4 friends.
I logged out to go and see to my kids, logged in again 3 minutes later...all my friends were still there but my character was reset.
Now if I'm killed fair enough, at least I can go back and try and get my stuff back to just have my char wiped like kills all the fun from the game.
