If AMD users had access to Vulkan api support for the game there would be no utilisation issues. Battleye also blocks DXVK translation layer mod from DX11 → Vulkan which could also be a workaround for this issue. Even DX12 support for the game would help AMD users but not as much as Vulkan support.

To add to this post, is mouse sensitivity tied to your inertia value? Because the two custom servers I play on, ones near vanilla and ones not. The one with inertia at vanilla values has slower sensitivity, the one without is like 10x faster moving my mouse around. I'm not sure if it's possible to even change this but it doesn't make much sense to me the way it currently is

The ruin buildings on Livonia have been terrible and make looting not worth the effort.
When you go into the attic spaces with the rafters the player model gets stuck on every single rafter as you try to loot the back corner.

It was consistent, every new weapon I picked up using right mouse to draw the weapon would always have some sort of input delay for the first attempt of drawing the weapon. After the first attempt it would never happen again and would react completely normal
