I ask for your permission, but I took the liberty of adding these observations, as I believe they would be relevant should there be interest in enhancing the immersion already discussed. I also want to express my agreement with all the previously mentioned points, as they accurately highlight the aspects that currently make the gameplay feel less immersive. The Alpha version of DayZ had a much more immersive PvP experience, where combat felt weighty, methodical, and grounded, reinforcing the survival atmosphere that defined the game.

maybe that's how it should be because the shooter can't kill easily but have more patience for his target to stop and be able to shoot him in the head, but I think it's unlikely I'm more drastic I'd prefer a new damage system to the player something like tarkov in which each member has a certain amount of life and when that life ends, it gives double to the next member.
also guns with the barrel cut when aiming it's not exactly right it's like the barrel still exists.
I also like the return of this system, also the ragdoll and the system that paused the blow with melee weapons, thus not completing the animation.
