Some additional information. While the tripwire displays the different image in the vicinity screen where you can’t attach anything, it still triggers as normal if you walk over it. Same sound effects, the character stumbles etc.

Yeah I’ve hit X and refreshed. I usually open it and walk away so the time you mentioned shouldn’t be an issue but I’ll definitely try that default tab you mentioned.

Additional information:
I’ve had a cooking pot that I used to cook with stay a 200 degrees for almost 30 minutes. While the cooked food inside has cooled off. The pot was half full with water when I cooked it. I have since filled it up from a barrel and it has maintained that temperature. I am now constantly at yellow temperature while carrying it, it is the only warm item I have.

Ah well, not every idea is a winner! And it wasn’t a matter of realism, I genuinely like the house keeping mechanics the game has. Removing items would take to far tho.
