Perhaps a slot on most/all vehicles to add the backpack radio for long range communications. Could tie into the vehicle’s battery supply. You’d probably want an option to turn it in and off.

letting the front passenger interact with it also while the driver drives.
Though ALSO when interacting it does not interfere with the drivers actions. Example. Like when the driver uses brakes they can't steer or someone gets out of the car another can't get in until their animation completes (I think this was mostly fixed in 1.19, haven't driven with others in a while.
