i delete the arma3 from the steam game content to uninstall and re-install.

STILL THE SAME PROBLEM!

i can not play this game like this!

most prominent when i go to the goonies soliders of destruction server (the only TDM server out)

also, I have a 30/5 Mbit Broadband cable connection, so i have good ping to server
