confirm micro lag about teleportation.

I noticed that after server stops respond (probably - server restart) FPS becomes normal. Isolated case, going testing more, will report later.
2nd case: client hang immediately after character was appear on server. Took out LAN-cable from network controller, then "server not respond 25... 26... 27 seconds..." and watched how zombie cyclically kicks me. FPS becomes absolutely normal.
Can't testing anymore: character with a huge lot of loot was killed (in previos test). Without it in my inventory, I haven't yet FPS drops. All this time my game geographical location was airfield which near the Grishino. Hardcore mode. GTX 460, Win7 x64.
I have character on a regular server with quite a good loot. M4 have too. Near the Old Cathedral (Stariy Sobor rus.) And in these neighborhoods I haven't FPS drops regardless of the passage of time. I can list the loot, if necessary.
without green-painted parts (only black parts of M4) i still have FPS drop.
a green painted _Handguard_ is rendering not correct too. But haven't testing handguard FPS drop. Only visible render lags.
May be other green parts of M4 have same lags..
