I had the same Problems.

My solution:

Restart in the server, Message "You are dead"
loged out and loged in again, same Massage, but no active "restart" Button
log out and change the server.. it Works
go back to the other server wait 5 Minutes (-.-)
play

(this happened three times: in Solnichny, Elektrozavodsk (power plant) and in Dubky)

confirm. no chance to escape from a zombie by closing a door .
(this is a problem when you restart after dying and become hunted by a zombie, it makes no fun)
