I have the same problem, every server ive logged into and spent hrs in the server, just been night the whole time

This IS a BUG so dont say anything unless u know what your talking about, I live in ny and last 24 hrs ive logged onto many US servers during the daytime and every server has been night, ive yet to see daylight in this game
