I can confirm experiencing this issue after relatively minor hits from zombies. No pain noise, no status messages, just a significant scope sway that does not improve after your breath returns to normal, and even Hold Breath had little effect in .48. (Broken in .49) However, applying a splint or Morphine immediately corrected the weapon sway. It does not happen every time. I just get in the habit of applying a splint automatically after leaving a zombie area if I've taken a hit.

I think it's an issue with the loot spawning which is totally messed up in Exp right now. Military locations after a restart were virtually completely empty of loot. When there was something in a barracks or hangar is was invariably boots (badly damaged) a civie backpack, or ruined fruit. The firestation at NWAF was hilarious, 8 crowbars, 4 hammers, and a wrench. That was it.
Persistence seems to be working though, outside the Vybor/Kabanino military base wall I stumbled across a backpack, medic pack, and CR527 lying on the ground. This was about 10-15 min after a restart on a very low pop server. My guess is this was stripped off a dead person from before the restart, or left by someone heading in to loot the area before the restart. (the base was untouched after restart.)

It is significantly better in .48 (exp) but still not as reliable as .46. That may be due to server load/lag on the exp server because issues like zombies clipping through walls/floors/doors seems more of an issue on the exp. servers. Still, the zombie hit-boxes do seem to respond better in .48.
+1. in 0.49 this is ridiculous. I ran across the street from one building to another during rain and went from dry and slowly warming to Soaked and rapidly cooling. My clothes were still perfectly dry. (down coat + cargo pants & cowboy hat) I can understand the need to try and stay out of the rain, but it's almost a death sentence making it nearly impossible to loot up when you're lucky to find 3 useful things in a single building. I was thinking to possibly leave my clothes off in one building and do a run to grab stuff with a backpack and return, but the way these servers reset all the time, that's far too risky.
