America's Army had a good idea with this kind of thing. For those who haven't played, they give you a 4-choice comm rose of splint, saline, smelling salts or an OPA(3 debilitate but don't kill, 1 heals) Something along those lines would be simple to add, it could just consume 1 health pack no matter which choice and add depth imo

Def support any ideas for adding more depth to wound treatment tho, its too quick

They aren't hacking they're scripters. myself and several others have been teleported & killed just like in arma 2 everyday on most servers. :-(
