By "clothing piece that is not rendered for your friend or another player" do you mean that the piece of clothing is not in the other players line of sight / network bubble or that the item is already glitched (invisible) on the ground for the other player and therefore also invisible when equipped on your character?

Same here, was shot at in South Compound, had no idea. So I sat down in a Bush, not knowing he even shot at me he ended up hitting me in the head, but I was lucky enough to survive.

Since you have mentioned that this occurs only on certain computers, would it be possible to get the specs of the other people that are experiencing the issue if you know them?

I did not understand what you meant, could you explain the reproduction process more clearly?
Jarhead added a comment to T117101: Brightness and Gamma options don't work while in windowed Borderless mode.
This is the same with all games, borderless windowed means you are still in windowed mode, you need to get some kind of software to change windows gamma + brightness to be able to change gamma or brightness in ANY borderless windowed game
Jarhead added a comment to T117113: Hunger is taken away (Sometimes if not always) when drinking pipsi or some other kind of drink then it comes back (Either naturally or because it was hidden when drinking).
This is supposed to happen, specificly sodas remove a small amount of hunger from you
