I got a GTX 1060, i5 2500k & 16GB RAM
One of them got a i5 4670k and GTX 970 & 8GB RAM
And the last guy has a i7 3770K, GTX 780 & 16GB RAM

Hello again.
If you havent, could you try the following and see if it has any effect on the issue?:
- Steam game cache verification
- Delete all files from C:\Users\*username*\Documents\DayZ
- Try the difference between windowed mode / fullscreen
- Try various graphic settings
- Reinstall
