Well right now people with stable connections are at a disadvantage because the unstable guy is just teleporting arround. If you loose connection with the server for more than 1 second your character should freeze.

A way to lower negative acceleration is setting your mouse sensitivity slider in windows to max. It doesnt really fix the issue but it makes it little bit better. Dont forget to put it back in the middle after you are done because its bad to have it anything else.
