in every other game mode i have played it has worked correctly. it is only in KOTH where it sporatically will zoom in or out when commanded... usually have to spam the plus or minus key and it will eventually work. it is almost like there is server lag or desync, but when i check my ping to server is 40-50 and 0 desync

Cheetah missiles also "tumble" thru the air when launched at a target.. (KOTH server i saw it on)
