How about having a normal exit button, but when you click it, it lets you choose whether you want to exit without or with saving your progress.

Solution - add silent melee kill.

I've got nothing against having women in the game, but I voted down.
Why? The priority on this is too high. Should be low. Let the devs take care of the major things in alpha and then add features.
