Same problem, Running with
1090T 3.2Ghz
6Gb RAM DDR3 2000Mhz
ATI 6950 2GB

When i play MP and i'm in "nature" i have 30FPS (high), in combat 20-25 and sometimes 15FPS, downgrade my graphics options at standard, win 10 fps in 'nature', but same problem in combat.
Smoke are very "hungry"
