When a player die on a non local building spawned on the host / dedicated server, his ragdoll will fall through the floor. This can be problematic for building spawned on water or in altitude, or even compositions, especially when the mission is using some revive system. Steps To Reproduce
- Download the mission "death_physic_issue.Stratis.7z"
- Install it in MPMissions folder
- Launch the mission with two player.
- Make the second player (non-host) go to the upper level of the house and "respawn"
- Notice his body falling through the floor

Non-local static objects (like buildings) should now collide with ragdoll same way as local static objects.

Tested on DEV, seems to be fixed. Thanks a lot. Too bad that they still don't collide with vehicles though.
