Weapons and items have possibility be registered as animinstance in player animgraph - that allow modders without modifying animgraph add new custom animations for IK of items, actions, weapons.

Will be great allow us register also vehicle anims similar way - that will allow us make animations for vehicles without needs of modifying animgraph - that will helps situation animgraph is moddable by only one mod.

It will allow make multiple player animations for different vehicles without mod conflicts.
