I had an encounter that could have gone differently yesterday, i knocked a guy out by shooting at him and i wanted to tell him if he moves ill shoot him but i couldnt because he was unconscious and if i waited for him to wake up again he would have a 2 second window while im explaining to him to not move to shoot me dead. I think this would add to better interactions and less KOS.

I think that would be very unrealistic. People who are unconscious can't hear anything around them let alone being dead lol.
Thank you for your feedback 5sety4.
The fact that dead and unconscious players cannot hear in game talk is actually a feature and it will most likely not change.
DayZ is fueled by intraction, this would boost interactions and create cool interesting scenarios that no other game could replicate. watching back old clips when this was in the game really showed that it worked well and with no complaints, please consider.
This was fixed from the unrealistic telepathic bug few patches ago.
100% should NOT hear while uncon.
There is an animation as the player regains consciousness where the player can hear, don't stand in front of the player while they wake up.
Yeah you know what else is? respawning, going consistently uncon, taking a headshot and living, healing a broken leg in 15 mins, repairing clothes with duct tape, fixing a glass scope with an eletrical repair kit, catching fish in 5 seconds, creating a fire that goes to 1000 degrees in 5 mins, eating food that is 100 degrees and not taking damage. JUST A FEW. SHUT UP ABOUT IT NOT BEING REALISTIC YOU NERD. THIS IS ABOUT INTERACTION
You can always provide your feedback constructively and politely. Please keep any personal insults and attacks out of the discussion. Thank you.
you could add a really cool effect where you can hear buzzing and muddy game sounds before you fully wake up?
it could continue for a little while once you wake up too... that's how i remember it going when i had a couple of heatstroke induced fainting episodes when i was a kid ;)
