In any Vanilla ArmA 3 Multiplayer resumed scenario, when a tank is destroyed, the cook off FX does not stop as usual, the tank keeps exploding for minutes.
More: the cooking off tank produces an unbearable series of very loud and continuous explosion sounds (voice communication with other players becomes almost impossible).
The distorted FX does not change with the amount of players: with 1 or more players, it is the same.
The real issue is a dramatic frame rate drop and a clear server overload.
Sometimes client players are also automatically kicked off.
No Mods loaded. No CDLCs loaded.
Only Vanilla ArmA3 and the 9 DLCs on an Internet Multiplayer private Host-Player server.
We have tried to lower the video settings but the bug is still alive...
The bug is present even if you play alone on a Hosted server.
We have been playing ArmA 3 (on Internet Multiplayer) for years with NO issues.
But from September 2023 we can play only not-saveable scenarios (not resumable) with NO tanks around.

Start Arma 3 with No Mods, No CDLCs and All the 9 DLCs
Multiplayer
Server Browser
Host Server (Internet)
Select Altis Coop 12 Tanks
Select the Group leader (the bug will pop up even if you play alone)
OK
Continue (the scenario starts...)
Play for some minutes (even doing nothing, the purpose now is to cause a future resume)
Save and Exit
Shut down all (from the Server to Arma 3 game)
Repeat all the steps above until you select Altis Coop 12 Tanks again
Resume (the scenario) - Do not restart!
Now destroy a tank (choose at will, even one of yours) and you will spot the bug when the tank explodes.

Thanks for comprehensive report, should be fixed in Revision: 151051 (and hopefully hotfixed with the next update)
