Description

In the editor, only for independent side, when choosing a mod, all units are displayed.
It doesn't matter if it's an official mod or a user mod.
It's happening on profiling and dev branches

Steps To Reproduce

open Eden Editor
select 'compositions' (F2)
choose 'independent' (green-side)
type, for example, mod expansion (or select 'Arma 3 Apex' using list from arrow)

you can see editor display content from all DLC`s and mods (Contact, Tank, etc.) although we only wanted to see content from Apex.
