Add the synchronization of animation on map objects

Hello,

Currently, there is no synchronization of animation that is object baked on the map.

At least only doors animation are synced.

After some talk with Sumrak, he said, it could maybe due to network optimization.

But actually, you can't make any custom world, with custom animation. So you can't actually achieve anything with a custom world.

If it's possible at the same type, to actually make an event when the animation has been modified with parameter the oldValue and newValue this would be awesome.

Additional Information

After some test, found that hide animation is correctly synced on map objects. Only other types are not synced correctly.
