In vehicles or through a scope. Zooming in and out is very buggy. At times I can zoom in with one click and other times it takes 15 button presses to get it zoomed in or out. Alot of us are having this problem on the servers we play on.

Steps To Reproduce
Get in any tank in gunner seat or with any scopes that have magnification mostly the two MG or the lrps and try to zoom in or out. It takes 1 to 15 button presses to zoom in or out with either.
