If this feature combined with this http://feedback.arma3.com/view.php?id=4635 will get implemented, Arma 3 will benefit enormously. After all, those mid-range engagements are how this game is played most of the time.

No bug in my eyes and I hope it won't be changed.
Could be useful to patch up an unarmed POW prior to "interrogation", so he doesn't bleed out before he can tell you all his secrets.
But I guess Dslyecxi will make sure this stays in the game. ;)
Does your SEAT come with armor? Its weight is roughly 1 ton, while the Hunter's is about 12-15 tons. Can't really compare those imho.
I second the fall animation to be a "nice to have" feature.

We shouldn't create the same tickets over and over again. Upvoting doesn't work if the votes are seperated in too many tickets.
I'm not sure if it's really confirmed right now. Regardless, I think it's "nice to have", but we have still a long way to go until we should think about stuff like this.
Currently our priorities should be somewhere else.
The stop/reverse spin happens because of the frame rate, it's called aliasing. I'm sure you have seen movies where the wheels of a car seem to rotate backwards at a certain speed. That's basically the same thing.
