1)Go in the editor.
2)Put player as BLUFOR.
3)Put 1 OPFOR Infantry with a waypoint with "never fire" settings.
4)Preview.
5)Take pistol and arm the ennemy.
- COme closer and try to heal him.

Wow lol if they do fix this though would be nice if u could still heal civs and so on
Could be nice to heal enemies but if we can disarm them accessing to their gear : Taking prisonner.
No bug in my eyes and I hope it won't be changed.
Could be useful to patch up an unarmed POW prior to "interrogation", so he doesn't bleed out before he can tell you all his secrets.
But I guess Dslyecxi will make sure this stays in the game. ;)
The enemy soldiers must be treated too (probably mentioned in Geneva contentions), their enemy status shouldn't affect their priorization in any way. Some adjustments could be done (like the disarm function) though.
