We use revive in our zeus sessions against AI and nothing is more immersive breaking than having to respawn after being shot in a car.
A simple eject option (setting?) would be great in our situation.

I seem to have the same problem, crashes upon loading multiplayer map (KoTH) or within 30 seconds of game play. Single player OK so far. Started after patch 2014-12-04.
