Crash to desktop after initial crash on servers

Description

So, sometimes I get a crash and after that I crash repeatedly at about 90% load after the team select screen.
After I get a crash and try to rejoin, it happens endlessly when trying to reload into the same server. {F25241}

I seem to have the same problem, crashes upon loading multiplayer map (KoTH) or within 30 seconds of game play. Single player OK so far. Started after patch 2014-12-04.
