I had this problem.
I fixed it by opening the filter and changing the ping to 300 (I guess you just need to change something)... then you can change it back again.
and hey-presto, a full server list :)

You're wrong. I Have rejoined the EXACT SAME SERVER after a restart using the "History" server tab and I'm still a fresh spawn.

I've been playing on MPGS.com servers, simply because they have the lowest ping for me, I'll give Gameservers.com a go

Have logged out 3 times, when I logged back in on all 3 occasions I was a new spawn back on the coast.
Tried on the same server I had been on, and a different server.
Makes the game pointless. Needs a fix ASAP.
