This report is more mine personal opinion what they should work on in future but I didnt know where to post it. It is not issue related. I know there is lot of guys who sugesting similar but I sugested it a bit more different then they. I think its good Idea to keep it like this till some of developers see it. They can easy remove it. I am from Serbia...

I dont think so.. cuz I was on pilot seat and I saw helicopter moving just fine... 5 guys in back did not even see it move. SO i dont guess 5 of tham had that bad connection in same time and in same helicopter.

I totaly agree and upvote! Although radar exist in AH64d longbow and can aquire targets on ground and air I do think that this radar is a bit oversimplified...I dont expect terrain cluter and simulation of radio vawes but something should be done with it but I think we should keep it for attack helis lik mi48 and comanche and ditch it for transport helis. It is not hard to think that in 2035 many attack helis will have radar as standard feature since longbow and eurocopter have today. Overall some changes should be made to target lock on system... But I dont agree that only gunner should have control over DAGR missles or any guided missle or weapon cuz that not true... you guys think 15 milion dolar machine would not have any redundancy..in case one crew mamber dies other can only abort mission.. offcourse not. Both pilots can use all weapons!

Bottom line both crew mambers are trained airman in helicopter and both can fly as well as shot and think best option is to keep radar as it is with maybe some changes to make it more realistic but to make targets painted by JTAC stand out on radar  and definatly get rid of option to lock on vehicles who is red when enamy is in it and grey when its not cuz some kind of transponder is needed for such a thing and if vehicles are locked for one team you can use that system only then... grey vehicles stay grey even if they have enamy or friendly in them it is up for ground troops or heli crew to figure out who is in vehicle.Basicly RADAR CANT KNOW WHICH VEHICLE IS EMPTY AND WHICH ONE IS NOT.

Since arma is not flight simulator I guess its not possible to model all those systems. IR missles cant be detected by the helicopter or airplane so there should not be any warning on the incoming missle. What missles have is smoke trail till engine burns out... so you should add smoke trails behind missles so they can be vissualy detected as it is in real life. Radar guided missles are detectable by aircraft RWR and can be tracked or athleast implementing of sound signal should be made.Laser energy can also be detected by some RWR so if aircraft is being painted by a laser you should see it.

Guys you need to understand few stuff... In helicopter we have gunner and pilot but meaning one is gunner does not mean he can only fire weapons... guner can fire weapos and fly. Also the pilot can fire all the weapons and fly...gunner is also trained aviator on front seat and is capable to fly perfectly as pilot. Pilot is comander of the craft and is most of time in charge of flying and navigating.. but if it required from hem he can fire all missles even guided ones and gun using head mounted sight or TV pod. Why you think 15 milion dolar craft dont have redundancy... imagine gunner get shot and pilot is still there.. should helicopter become incapable of performing task... offcourse not... so both pilot and gunner in arma should have controls over all system... only the gunner is in charge by default to fire weapons and pilot to fly... and they can switch betwen eachother when needed... so they need to add gunner to be able to fly in mi48 and pilot to shoot weapons. And missles dont need to be guded by gunner with laser.. it can be but hellfire gen 2 is fire and forget .. it has it ows sensor for aquiring target. Laser can be initaly used to lock on target.. then fire and run...
