One thought though, completely off-topic, how do I get access to mortar fire in MP missions?
I just played Wasteland and some dude completely covered the landstrip on the airfield in mortar fire.

This is a good idea, since vehicle are already a bit OP in Wasteland missions. A single player in a vehicle is pretty much immortal, even more so if he can rapidly switch between driving the vehicle and the gunners seat.

Would be a nice feature, but I think the risk for evac/aid team would be way to high in majority of scenarios, it would only create more dead/injured.
It would worjk if a AI team could lay down a smoke screen in front of casualty and lay covering fire from MG´s.
They could then work protected by smoke and machine-gunners could suppress enemies.

While playing the Scuba showcase the Boat could spot me at 250 meters, I´m a black head popping up in a giant wave, pretty damn hard to spot..

Not sure if it´s been mentioned somewhere but I´d like to see a pistol in the thigh-holster and if rifles could be sheathed on the front-side of character like the chest. An animation for pistol draw that pulls the gun from the holster. This could allow for faster weapon shift in case of running out of ammo or weapon malfunction.
