I'm playing on my desktop rig now (the original report is from my laptop as you may have gathered from the sysinfo) and just wanted to report that the same is happening.

Fell inside rocks in the hills just north of Guba. I was on grass, up fairly high and attempting to walk up onto a rock. Fell in, now trapped. Can't reproduce until I die and get up here again. Screenshots from inside rock: http://imgur.com/56dB8CL,A39vegD#0
BIS Wizard, I fear I have wasted your time. Breaking my issue into two parts:
- Command line options. After reading Chairborne's ticket, I realised the parameters kept returning in the Launcher because they were present in Launch Options in the Steam client. Colour me embarrassed.
- Mod groups. It appears that these are now working and being saved as expected. This was after deleting all the folders mentioned in my original report. So although the issue _was_ present beforehand, I have now deleted all the evidence (including efficiently emptying the recycle bin).
I have attached the logs and profiles as requested, but they're only going to show situation normal now.

Good suggestion BlackJack, but it would also be nice to see a dedicated mapping option.
