Seems like a hardware failure, possibly your GPU....

I also noticed this a few days ago when swimming from prison island back to the mainland.

This crash also happens when you join the same server. It doesn't always happen, but will more likely crash after a long session (~1+ hours).

I can confirm this bug with barrels. Just take a barrel into hands and throw it, it will disappear into the ground.

This happened to our group, half of us were naked to the other half and relogging does not fix it. You also cannot hear gun shots of another if they appear naked.

He doesn't remember if they were updating correctly but he knows he had fairly high health and blood in the upper 4000s each.

This is still an issue.

I believe it only occurs when navigating any kind of in-game UI/menu that requires a mouse cursor. Once navigating, you'll occasionally drift your mouse over to your other monitor and accidentally click, which will then minimize your game. It will happen with any kind of mouse clicks (middle mouse, side buttons etc.).

I've been using a third party program called "Cursor Lock" as a temporary fix.
